For the best experience, we recommend eating them the day of purchase. If you need to save them, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 24 hours, or freeze them for up to a month.
Do you ship your donuts nationwide?
We currently offer nationwide shipping via Goldbelly. This ensures our donuts are packaged specifically to maintain freshness during transit from our kitchen to your doorstep.
Can I place a large order for an event or wedding?
Absolutely! We love being part of special celebrations. We require at least 48 hours' notice for large pre-orders. Please contact our catering team through the website to discuss flavors and quantities.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
